Project Financing

Project financing should give priority to investments in long-term projects such as building
infrastructures, ensuring education, training, improving health, etc. All these activities can be
implemented by supporting NGOs operations. To this effect, interaction between NGOs and
government organisations is most essential and should include mutual respect in partnership,
evaluation and assistance.

Project financing should also include technological research, pilot projects, and dissemination
of information. Long-term projects, in fact, ensure effectiveness of training, evaluation of
results, and promote sustainability.
